These guys got me back on the road after being stranded with a no start Sprinter van. Nathan and the tech took good care of me and even stayed late on a Saturday to finish up. With a lot full of vans worth 10x mine they still took the time to answer all my questions and get me going as soon as possible at a very reasonable cost. I really appreciate it guys!

Warner is the best! They go above and beyond in customer service. We are on the road full time in our Sprinter and each time we’ve had work done here, they’ve been amazing and accommodating. The Amazing Cordial and Profesional attitude of Emilio Perez save my trip! In the front desk Mike who received me with lack of empathy, says that I need to get back on Monday to fix my problem! I’ve been to Warner Van Center several times, when I ask for an appointment the service manager says when can you come down instead of well our schedule is a month out.
They even have time to take care of walk-ins. I appreciate having a full service Mercedes dealer as well as a storyteller dealer and Volta battery system technicians available. I am very satisfied with the service.
I rented a van last week from Michael and Soleil. The van was awesome and the rental process was super easy. Michael was really helpful and flexible and made sure I got the van that would work best for my needs. Will be renting again soon.
We showed up in “limp mode” and left turbo charged! Seamless service from front to back. We were 950 miles from home and they really went out of their way to give us a hand. High fives to the whole crew and thank you
Shawn from the parts department was incredibly helpful with tracking down parts and confirming I was getting the correct parts for my vehicle. I've been stranded where I'm at for over a month, he helped me track down the final parts that I need and place an order on them in less than an hour, while every other dealership and parts website I've tried have been no help and have cancelled orders on me constantly. Mercedes makes things so complicated and Shawn made it so much easier
Awesome experience. I drove from northern CA to have Warner fix my coach battery issue. In one day they replaced the battery, adjusted my sliding door, replaced brake pads and rotors, got my sensors working again and washed the van.
The guys there are amazingly helpful and their work is top notch.
